Tom, the man with the plan, and CEO, built Broadreach Communications from the ground up. The company was born out of Tom's passion to "create a better way" to service customers. His vast background in telecommunications and business leadership prepared him to develop the right approach, that has proven the test of time. Tom has created a culture that is second to none, and all revolves around the trusted relationships we build with our clients. Tom loves to sail, spend time with his family, and constantly improve the customer experience within BroadReach.
Nate is our Cool Hand Luke of Technology. He helps with some of the most complex technology chalenges our customers encounter. From telecom, to cloud, to cyber security, Nate is always investigating new technologies and the latest Best Known Methods to help our customers bring clarity with confidence to their digital transformation. Nate enjoys spending time with his family and lacing up the skates for hockey whenever possible.
Steve (Tom Brady, I mean come on, twins right?) is our Senior Account Executive and is one of the top sales leaders in the company. Steve exudes the BroadReach culture when it comes to building long lasting, trusted relationships with his clients. He will do whatever he can to find solutions for his customers' technology challenges. Steve loves to spend time with his wife and little ones, hunt on his land in Wisconsin, and build really amazing retaining walls in his spare time.
Shashi is our Account Manger and has spent his entire career helping customers navigate through the ever changing world of communication technology. His extensive experience across multiple vendors and products allows him to assist his customers in finding the right solution for their specific business needs. His passion as a leader and advisor started with volunteering for 3 years as an Asian Youth Counselor helping kids fit in and teaching them a better way to live and communicate. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, trap shooting, sports, and spending time outdoors.
Jesse is our Vice President and General Manager focused on building BroadReach such that it can scale rapidly and pivot when needed. In today's evironment of constantly changing customer needs and technology innovations, our business must be able to flex and adjust, on the fly, embracing change as our business grows. Jesse enjoys spending time with his three boys in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and taking roadtrips across this great country of ours.
